Refund Policy

AI Career Hub payments are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

No Refunds After Payment

All purchases, subscriptions, credit packs, plan upgrades, and paid services on AI Career Hub are final. Once payment is successfully completed, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, cancellations with refund, or cash returns for any reason, including non-usage, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with AI output, change of mind, duplicate career need, or failure to use credits before expiry.

Why Payments Are Non-Refundable

Paid access may unlock digital services, AI processing, credits, reports, saved outputs, ad-free usage, and subscription benefits immediately after payment. Because these are digital services and access can begin instantly, payments are treated as consumed once successful.

Failed or Duplicate Payment Exceptions

If your bank/payment gateway debits money but the payment is marked failed and no paid access is activated, the amount is normally handled by the payment gateway or bank as per their timelines. If a genuine duplicate successful payment occurs for the same plan and same billing period, contact support with payment proof for review. Any resolution is at the sole discretion of AI Career Hub and may be issued as credits, plan extension, or another suitable adjustment instead of a cash refund.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription, where supported, stops future renewal or future access according to plan rules. It does not create a refund for the current paid period.
