We may collect your name, email address, account details, login information, tool inputs, generated outputs, subscription plan, payment references, contact messages, device/browser information, IP address, and usage analytics. If you paste resume text, job descriptions, salary details, or career information into a tool, that content may be processed to provide the requested result.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide AI career tools, manage credits and subscriptions, process payments, send password reset or service emails, improve product quality, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
AI Tool Inputs
Do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the tool output. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use in resumes, job applications, emails, negotiations, or interviews.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay or other payment providers. We store payment references, amount, plan, currency, and status for billing, support, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials on AI Career Hub servers.
Cookies and Ads
We may use cookies, analytics, affiliate tracking, and Google AdSense or similar ad technologies. Premium users may see fewer or no ads depending on their plan.
Data Sharing
We may share limited data with service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, AI providers, payment gateways, security tools, and legal authorities where required. We do not sell user resumes or account data.
Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing, security, and business records.
